There is no return/refund on products which are delivered in a good condition, we double check the outfit/s before sending it out.
-No refunds can be claimed after outfit has been collected,inspected and delivered to you
-Alterations will be charges separately After collection of your order and if custom measurements were shared with us
-No complaints shall be entertained after 48 Hours of delivery of your order
-We send videos/pictures of formal outfits and custom orders before dispatch and take confirmation from client. Hence Team Rayya will not be responsible for any damage done during courier service/custom check
